Previous review claimed that this is repackaged material. OK, but some of us are totally new to the world of yoga, and this CD is the PERFECT way to start. After using this for a week, my BP is 119/78 amd I'm smiling. Not to mention sleeping like a log, feeling relaxed and happy and pain-free when I awake. I do one exercise at lunch in the office and the rest of the day feel calm and happy. I've just bought the last few available as stocking stuffers. Thanks, Rodney Yee.

WARNING !!!!! material in this cd is not new but a repackage of old material from old dvd by Rodney. This is mentioned on back cover in small light print would have expected better from Rodney and Gaiam

I have only done one of the breathing exercises since I just received the CD. I was a bit down when I started the exercise and less than 15 minutes later I was out of the funk. I'm looking forward to the other exercises. There is one error in his instructions....not a big deal but see if you can find it. :)
