Awe, I love cats! Unfortunately I move too often now so I don’t have the heart to get one, I couldn’t bear to part with one every time I moved, but I miss having them around. My old cat always immitated me, she used to ‘play the piano’ or ‘type’ on the keyboard. I constantly found her on with front paws on my laptop haha!

I really like the other outdoor Esther yoga video where Pookie walked under her as she was a bridge. Very cat like and hilarious. I am so glad that was not edited out or re done. Our cats like my yoga mats too and they play on over and around me too when on it. Hey, it’s a clan thing we’re doing.

Cats and dogs are streching more then we humans do. Have look what is the first cats do when they wake up … good strech and I think thats where the yoga stands Down ward facing dog and Up ward facing dog are coming from.
