I love the tree pose…when you lift your foot a little more each time you can reallly feel the stretch
I love yoga, the tree pose is pretty hard took me a while to be able to do that without falling over.
and would repeat.
I would sprint for like 2 minutes then reduced to a jog for about 10, I’m not that advanced in my running. 3 days ago I had just run longer than 5 consecutive minutes.
I’ve thrown up while running before, but it was extremely hot and I was in the sun for too long. Running at night is weird for me. How long did you run?

Yea I really ran for too long though like I ended up vomiting both nights as soon as I would come to a stop and couldn’t breathe lol. probably not healthy. It was a weird feeling like I would run for a more extended time than usual but wouldn’t feel any pain until I stopped I felt nothing but good while I was running but then I would crash it seemed. weird.
You have nice legs. Yay for running! Stress plus runners high equals good!
